A while back I had the chance to go back to Minnesota, where I grew up, to surprise my sister for her 40th birthday. It was a week filled with fun family time, playing with my neices and nephew, and ending with a night out on a chartered boat.
I was honored to work with my mom to make my sisters birthday cake. I think the cake turned out to be an elegant representation of my sister.
