Welcome to Cakes By Jenny, this has been something that I have been wanting to do for years. Ever since I was a young girl in Minnesota I have always wanted a career in food in one way or another. I dreamt of going to culinary school, or maybe a pastry program.

But, life had a different plan for me. After graduating college I worked in the Business world for a while before leaving to raise my 3 daughters. I have spent the last 15 years raising 3 amazing kids, dedicating my life to them and watching them grow. But as all children do they grew up and I now have the opportunity to pursue what I have always wanted to do.

I have always baked and the kitchen in the place where I find the most peace. It is my creative outlet. I spent years making decorative cakes for my kids and now I want to use those talents to create memories for others.

As I look forward to this new chapter in my life I am excited to work with others to make the memories that I hold dear to my heart for them. Please let me know how I can make your next special event even sweeter.
